Executive Leadership Coaching
As an executive you have power, influence and the possibility of making your mark. Also you are the one everybody in your organsation observe and learn from, whether it works or not. Your decisions, development and communication spreads. Hence you probably are conscious about your development as a leader and on how to optimize your skills in leadership. And it is very likely that you have had training of your leadership on several occasions. (This however is no prerequisite for Executive Leadership Coaching).
Now you have a unique chance for one on one leadership training, where you get my complete attention on you and your specific challenges and vision in consecutive session. I have made a program based on my many years of experience with executives and their challenges. But considering you unique situation, it is flexible and will be adapted your specific needs.
The modules can have a directed focus on your personal leadership or on your leadership in the organisation, but will very likely have elements of both. In your personal course, I recommend at least seven session adaptet to situation and previous experience.
